MOUNT10 review of 2023

At MOUNT10, we have also taken a look back at the year 2023 and are looking forward to numerous highlights.
This year we were able to present the latest product in our CLOUD2CLOUD portfolio – Azure VM Data. With Azure VM Data, data can be transferred simply, securely and directly DIRECTLY to MOUNT10 in SWISS FORT KNOX in encrypted form. – incl. ransomware protection.
We are very proud to have been voted “Best Support of all Cloud Service Providers in Switzerland” in the Bilanz Telekom Rating 2023.
Another notable trend in 2023 was the growing importance of data security and compliance. With increasing cyber threats and stricter data protection regulations, organisations need to prioritise the implementation of robust security measures in their backup processes. Encryption, automation and authentication mechanisms have become integral parts of a backup strategy to protect sensitive data.
We are pleased to be able to make life a little easier for you – as a MOUNT10 customer or partner – in this respect. The new data protection law has brought a number of changes for you – including the fact that an order processing agreement is now required. This agreement is no longer necessary with MOUNT10 as we have no access to customer data. Another major advantage of the MOUNT10 service.
A major highlight for us this year was the launch of the MyMOUNT10 portal. Various administrative and technical information on active contracts can be found here via personal access. All contracts, backup information, invoices and commissions can be found clearly organised in this online portal.
