New Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP)

On 01 September 2023, the new Federal Act on Data Protection came into force.

MOUNT10 has prepared in the document “Agreement on order processing” in cooperation with the law firm Goetz and Patak. If required, you can find the document on our website.

Due to the new data protection law we had to slightly adapt all our configurators, as well as all other contract terms, privacy statements and T&C’s. These adjustments are purely formal and do not affect the performance of our services.
