What is Veeam-Agent?

Veeam-Agent@MOUNT10 is aimed at all users who wish to use Veeam software directly with our MOUNT10 cloud repository service. With Veeam-Agent@MOUNT10, you can implement retention policies such as GFS or 3-2-1 with minimum effort. A direct virtual link to the Swiss Fort Knox data center is established through Veeam Cloud Connect. Your data is sent through a single SSL-encrypted TCP port and additionally encrypted by Veeam. Your company data is thus backed up several times.

How does Veeam-Agent work?

With the help of MOUNT10 software, you can establish a quick and easy connection from your corporate devices to your cloud repository. A cloud repository is as simple as a local backup. It has the great advantage that your data is safely stored at the independent Swiss Fort Knox I and II data centers and is available at any time.

 

Please note

In order to provide your company data with optimum protection, you will receive an encryption key. For reasons of security, our support team has no access to this and can’t recover it if lost. Therefore, please keep your encryption key safe. The same applies to your password.

  • Disaster recovery: using the recovery function, you can quickly reload average volumes of data back onto your computer. Large amounts of data can be requested on a removable data medium sent by express carrier.
  • End-to-end encryption: your data is 256-bit AES-encrypted on your local device before being transferred to the Swiss Fort Knox data center.
