How does AvePoint@MOUNT10 work?

Through the AvePoint web portal, you can connect to Microsoft 365 platforms. Within the web portal, you define which data will be stored in SWISS FORT KNOX – encrypted on the provided S3 storage. The data is automatically transferred at the scheduled time. AvePoint@MOUNT10 ensures the backup without burdening or slowing down your local or cloud infrastructure.

• SWISS FORT KNOX: Data is stored encrypted in the most secure data center in Europe. All data is stored exclusively in Switzerland.
• Service Operation Center: MOUNT10 supports you with any questions. You can be sure that our expertise is always available.
• Protection against ransomware attacks: Time-based backups are created. In the event of a ransomware attack, you can access an earlier backup and quickly restore it.
• Web-based backup: Through the direct connection to Microsoft 365, MOUNT10 performs the backup daily, automatically, and without additional software.
• Easy data recovery: Data can be easily, directly, and granularly restored into your Microsoft 365 environment. A local export of the data is also available.
• Encryption: Customer data is encrypted with Azure Keyvault and cannot be viewed by MOUNT10. Alternatively, Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) is available.
