Remote support
The MOUNT10 support team provides you with assistance wherever you happen to be. Remote support is free of charge. What’s important here is that there is a secure connection between the devices. We use RuskDesk as well as TeamViewer software to this end.
Via RuskDesk or TeamViewer you grant our support team access to your device. All sessions are encrypted. Access ceases as soon as you end the programme. This means that you’re always in control. MOUNT10 uses RuskDesk and TeamViewer for remote support and for training courses and remote installation.
How to set up remote support:
- Contact the MOUNT10 support team: simply pick up the phone or, alternatively, use our chat function or send us an email.
- Run RuskDesk or TeamViewer.
- Confirm the connection, select “Allow access” and our support team is now connected to your device.
