What is SOLO?

With Solo, data backup has never been so safe and easy. With your software client, you can individually define when and how often Solo creates an encrypted backup of your selected data for you. This is then securely transferred to the Swiss Fort Knox data centre. The great advantage is that your data is safely encrypted and can be neither overwritten nor amended. Our package includes the storage of backups for up to twelve months.

How does SOLO work?

Data backup with Solo is as simple as a local backup. It has the great advantage that your data is encrypted and stored at two different external locations – and available at all times. With the help of MOUNT10 backup software, you can establish a quick and easy connection to your data backup platform at the Swiss Fort Knox data centre, enabling you to manage your backup history and security settings.

In order to provide your company data with optimum protection, you will receive an encryption key. Only you know this key for security reasons. For reasons of security, our support team has no access to this and can’t recover it if lost. Therefore, please keep your encryption key safe.
