On the Cloud 2 Cloud web portal, you can connect to the Saleforce platforms. Through the web portal you specify which data should be stored at the Swiss Fort Knox data center – and at which intervals this is to be backed up. Data is transferred automatically at the specified time. Cloud 2 Cloud ensures that your data is backed up without burdening or slowing down your local infrastructure.

- SWISS FORT KNOX I + II: The data is encrypted and stored redundantly in Europe’s most secure data centres. The data is stored exclusively in Switzerland.
- Service Operation Center (SOC): MOUNT10 checks the backup process on a daily basis and reports any irregularities. Our support team is available to answer your questions 24/7.
- Data recovery: Data restoration from MOUNT10 is facilitated through ‘Instant Data’. The data is imported into Salesforce using the Data Import Wizard.
- Web-based backup: Through a direct link to Salesforce, MOUNT10 performs daily backups automatically and without the need for additional software.
- End-to-end encryption: The data is encrypted locally on the client’s AES 256-bit infrastructure before the data is transferred. Only the clients have insight into their data.
- Encryption: The password generates an encryption key. This way, only the owner of the password can access the data. If lost, the data cannot be recovered.
