New ticketing system

MOUNT10 has been using a new ticketing system since 20 September 2023.

We would like to inform you that MOUNT10 has a new ticketing system (Jira by Atlassian) as of 20th of September 2023 onwards.

The monitoring mails (e.g. No Backup mails) will still look the same, however, they will be sent NEW by Jira and thus from a different e-mail address. The new sender address will be monitoring@mount10.ch.
If you have any questions or feedback, please reply to this mail so that everything can be dealt with within the same ticket.

For any future support questions, we kindly ask you to use the following address: helpdesk@mount10.ch . This will automatically create a ticket, and we can process the case as fast as possible.
