What is COMBO?

MOUNT10 Combo makes data backup easy. With the help of this backup software, you can individually decide which data and systems should be stored with which frequency at the Swiss Fort Knox data centre. Your data and systems are automatically encrypted and transmitted at the defined time and can neither be overwritten nor amended from this point forward. Our Combo package includes storage of your backups for up to ten years, with extensions of this storage period possible.

How does COMBO work?

Data backup with Combo is as simple as a local backup. It has the great advantage that your data is encrypted and stored at two different external locations and is available to you at all times. With the help of this backup software, you can establish a quick and easy connection to your data backup platform at Swiss Fort Knox and thus manage your backup history and security settings.

In order to provide your company data with optimum protection, you will receive an encryption key. For reasons of security, our support team has no access to this and can’t recover it if lost. Therefore, please keep your encryption key safe.

• Efficient initial transfer of your data: on request, MOUNT10 will send you a physical removable storage medium to make your first backup as efficient as possible.
